I booked a room in Bayeux to tour Normandy and D-Day Invasions sites. Everything was convenient.. The staff was helpful in getting me to a bike rental service. Please check out Oasis bike rentals. Very helpful! I had a long day of biking but well worth seeing Normandy OFF the beaten path. Please go to Bayeux and stay at Hotel St Patrice! Seeing everything firsthand has been amazing and very emotional. Arromanche Batterie Allomand Omaha Beach the American Cemetery is awe inspiring and solemn. My children’s great grandfather on their mother’s side died at Omaha Beach. He was never found. He is on the wall of memory. Truly an unforgettable experience

Secluded feel, but right at the edge of the city center. Comfortable space with a garden and small kitchen. Great for families. Check-in is limited, and we weren't given our silver member freebie - but great overall.
