Great staying, came for Disneyland very close. Great location, first day we came for an hour to rest 15:30 till 16:30 the rooms was not cleaned, very dirty, with two babies, the cleaning service knock the door at 16:00 i told them to come in half an hour, she said okay, never came back to clean the room, was disappointed. Because two babies make a lot of dirt.

Excellent location, very friendly staff (specially Maggie was very helpful at the front desk), the rooms were nice. Only problem we had was the passing cars kept on waking our kids (window is not sound proof). Breakfast was nice but served the same thing everyday. But overall it’s a nice hotel

Everything was wonderful. Cleaning was outstanding and my children’s teddy placed nicely on the pillows. Most of the staff was very polite and helpful. A few made me feel like a fool for asking questions. A shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland right outside the door. Train in our backyard and a short ride to Paris city. Huge shopping centre right next door with so many options.

Conveniently located with shuttle service for families visiting Disneyland. One of the elevators was non functional during our stay but otherwise the facilities were in great condition. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly

4 days with my family, perfect location for a day trip to Paris and 3 days at Disneyland. Great location with free shuttle to parks which only took 10 mins and ran all morning and evening. Supermarket across the road which was great for snacks. Beautiful Italian restaurant round the corner too, highly recommend!!!! And train station across the road with links into Paris. Really great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend for families visiting Disney.

Everything was good and smooth. Good size rooms for family of four, big bathroom, clean, very good breakfast, shuttle bus to Disneyland and back, smooth check-in/check-out. I left shoes in the hotel room and a day after check-out I got the message from the hotel with the photo of item asking what they should do with it. It was very professional. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay.

Super stay at this hotel for our trip to Disney. Clean, lovely staff, comfy beds which were made every day and our 2 children loved to see their Woody & Minnie dolls perfectly placed. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel next year. Very convenient shuttle bus to the parks - the only thing I would say is to possibly write some directions to find the shuttle bus as we spent 2 hours looking for it after getting off the Eurostar and the staff in the train station were less than helpful. Other than this, can’t fault it! 😁

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it was very clean and very close to shopping center, the Disneyland free shuttle was only 1 minute walk, The train station was also very close just 10 mins walking with kids, deposit that train station was close to hotel , we could not hear any noise of trains. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay whilst on holiday to Disneyland. The shuttle outside was very convenient especially as we always tend to run late with our little ones! The room was clean and beds were comfortable (our little ones slept through the night!!). I have already recommended this to our friends and family!!
