Pricey for the quality of stay. But the Disney tourists with their kids seem to flood it. Property shows the signs of lots of kid ware and tear. But safe, clean overall and staff seem to do their best.

Firstly the hotel room did not seem clean. Once the room was ‘cleaned’ there was still stuff on the carpet and we have a baby. No top ups for coffee unless you ask at reception. Bedsheets did not get changed once and we stayed there Wednesday to Sunday. Just did not feel very clean. We would leave milk bottles by the bins and they wouldn’t collect them (bins were small so did not fit). Good commute via bus or train into Paris and Disneyland. However taxi prices were crazy compared to Uber. Also it was my husband’s birthday and usually a hotel would leave a little something - this hotel did not even say happy birthday to him. Also the room did not have shampoo or conditioner since it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel thought this was a little bit weird.

Very clean and modern hotel. We were very surprised how much better the accommodations were compared to Disneyland Paris. Our family wish we would have booked this hotel for the entire trip.

We found the hotel comfortable and clean. The hotel seems more geared towards business guests than family oriented. It was easy to park and located in a good location within easy reach of Disney by car. The room only provided water on day of arrival and only expresso pods as a coffee selection. The room itself was comfortable.

Great hotel for visiting Disney, was a 10 min taxi ride away and half the price of the Disney hotels plus much nicer rooms! We had a family room which had a living room for the kids plus their own bathroom and we had our own bedroom with our own bathroom. I've stayed at Disney hotels previously and they were not nearly as nice as this and you were all in the same room for double the price. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The area was isolated but had a relaxing atmosphere as compared to Central Paris. The hotel is relatively new, room deco, especially bathroom design was top notch, breakfast provided was very good. Cons: The hotel building - no sheltered drop off, so was inconvenient when it rained for 2 days. The room we stayed - Delux suite 38sqm had its issues. No referigerator, microwave but we knew about it. The room was partitioned. One has sofa bed at entrance, the other had a king bed. What we were shocked to find out was the vent at the king bed room was not for aircon. So basically there was no aircon in that room as the air does not travel to the room. I took photos but there is not facility to share them here. So though the hotel is new and stylish, I suggest those with family of 4 or more to book an interconnecting room and not the Delux room.

We arrived around 4.30pm with 2 small children. Our room wasn't ready and the staff suggested we go the pool and wait until it's ready. We'd spent most of the day travelling, had dinner plans and wanted to get setup in our room before we headed out. We went to the bar instead as there was little else to do, no offer of a drink whilst we wait, just a 25 euro bar tab for 4 drinks. On the Monday night we got back to the hotel just after 7pm, our room was been cleaned at this point. Again, we were told to wait until it was cleaned. We have 2 small kids and have been out all day, they are tired and want to get ready for bed not hang around waiting for our room to be cleaned, which could have been done in the 10 hours we were out. I also requested a travel cot, this was not in the room so I had to go and ask for one at reception, the first was broken so had to go down again and get this replaced. Breakfast was chaotic each morning. Carrying hot drinks around with lots of small kids is not safe or practical. The "warm" food was cold on the 3 mornings we tried it. A fridge in the room would have been useful too for baby milk etc Given the hotels location to the Disney parks, you will be attracting families of all ages, please ensure that you cater for us properly. I am more than willing to pay over 300 euros per night for a room if the standard of service and accomodation is good. Sadly, the decor is good but the service just isn't. That said, some staff were attentive

We had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were excellent and always happy to help. It cost just 10 Euros or so for an Uber each way to Disneyland. Only minor complaint was that the rooms were a bit small for a family of 4.
