Nice hotel; we had a nice time despite a few problems:
1. The buffet isn't nice; that is the breakfast and evening meal buffet. (eat in the bar area, much nicer)
2. Pool is very run down; there is murky water and no lifeguard
3. We had an accident on site and was told there were no first aiders who worked at the hotel; I found this unacceptable given this is a family hotel and kids everywhere.
4. The shuttle bus was full every morning so we just UBERED $18 to Disney park each way; much better than piling your family onto a packed bus.

Overall a good stay.
The hotel looks to have been recently refurbished. The overall feel was really great and added a bit of Disney-esque magic with the lobby music.
The shuttle bus service was fast and efficient- honestly, no reason to stay IN the Disney park when you have this option.
The only reason for some lower stars was the service in the bar. The staff were really friendly but it was really slow, they forgot bits and they didn’t understand allergy needs. I also asked for a portion of chips for my 2yo but they told me they couldn’t do that as it wasn’t available on its own, 10mins later a French family were bought a single portion of fries. The breakfast was limited for gluten allergies also.
The games rooms are cool and the pool is a good size- although a little cold. The rooms were nice and clean and a good size for a family.
All in all, I would recommend. My kids loved it.

There’s no sleeping in this hotel. It’s probably one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are not soundproof at all as indicated. On the contrary, you can hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms: crying babies, banding on the walls, knocking, running in the hallways, yelling, loudly talking, quietly talking late into the night. I stopped counting at 2am. And there are no black out shades so you can’t sleep in either. Plus we asked for a not-adjacent room. Guess what we got? The adjacent room. The staff doesn’t seem to care. I would not stay here again.

We arrived and our room didn’t fit a cot for my baby next to the bed so was advised I could change rooms for an additional £140 at my expense or put my baby at the foot of my bed. Once I paid, I waited over an hour and a half for my cot to arrive at my new room and at this time it was close to midnight. One female staff member on reception was very rude on the phone when I asked when my cot would arrive after waiting an hour. She advised I’d not been waiting long and to just wait. I had to go to reception to talk to a different member of staff ( a male) who was a lot more helpful. Overall a 3 night stay cost me £700 and I would expect better for that.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was very nice comfortable beds and spacious family room. Rooms cleaned daily. Very convenient for getting to disney park shuttles can be busy but even for a taxi very cheap. Breakfast was plentiful even during busy period something for everybody. Bar area was stunning and always clean and tidy as was reception. Great pool for a break away from parks and open until 10 pm just hard to find working locker but can leave belongings by the pool if not lucky with one. 2 small arcade rooms to entertain the kids and big kids. Nice grounds to walk around and huge inflatable in back garden for kids to play on too

we slept one night.
the following morning my daughter forgot her inseparable stuffed animal in the room.
We immediately called reception at around 11am...they told us there wasn't anything in the room.
they asked me to send an email to which they never responded.
inside the puppet there is an airtag !!!!!!
it was just a sentimental value!
no one cared about it and no one cared.
It’s a hotel for children but
it does not seem!!!

Wonderful hotel, tremendous lobby especially for family with kids. The bar and restaurant are awesome as well.
BUT the bus transfer is horrible. I know, the hotel is not responsible how people are actibg to each other, but more busses are definitely needed.

The hotel is really nice in the reception/bar area. However the rooms are a bit tired. The interconnecting rooms with bunk beds were a hit with the kids as was the pool. We had a terrible broken mattress which we had to request be replaced (which they did). The shuttle buses are regular but far too busy at peak times for the number of hotels it serves. We tried to go back after fireworks at Disney and it was horrendous. Totally unsafe for children to the point where the driver shut the doors on my daughter’s head as we tried to get off at the hotel. It needs more buses and marshalling to limit numbers and to ensure families can safely board. For this reason we wouldn’t stay again. Also want to charge you 10 euros to take anything out of breakfast. And beware parking is extra if you don’t book direct which we didn’t know. Cost 45 euros for 3 nights.
