The property was just perfect. It was clean, Crystal looked after us so we’ll and made sure we felt at home. Fab location- quite a few metro stations on different lines are close by and great eating places that is reasonably priced. The room was tidied and cleaned everyday. Just superb and absolutely family friendly. The room had a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. There’s an amazing bakery with the best coffee and pastries. Thanks Résidence Nell.

Condo style hotel that was modern and in a convenient area. The well air conditioned rooms were heaven to come back to on the hot muggy days. Bathroom facilities were also beautiful and large. Our unit had a bathtub that was a bit high to step into though if you have mobility issues but they also had other units that were just walk in showers however I hear most of the bathroom floor then gets wet. So be clear on what you prefer when booking. Have the small kitchenette was perfect for snacks and breakfast. Enjoyed my most walks to gather croissants and fruit from the numerous nearby cafes and small markets. There is also a fromagerie across the street that we frequented almost every day to sample a new cheese to bring back to the unit. Overall a perfect place for families. Convenient to walk to numerous metro stations and attractions like Montmartre and Palais Garnier were about a 15 min -20 min leisurely walk.

Wonderful stay at this charming property. My family of 4 (two adults and two children) were extremely comfortable and very pleased with our experience. Location is excellent and the staff were all lovely and attentive. Would not hesitate to return.

Great hotel in a centre location to transport and dining. Customer service is excellent and staff constantly go above and beyond. They helped us out (a family of 4) with our bags and our endless questions. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice appartment. Being a small family (parents and two kids) it worked really well for us. Good metro lines nearby. And walking distance from Gare de Nord. Lively streets just around the apartment. All perfect!

We stayed 2 nights at the Nell. It was perfect for our family of 4. The room was very spacious and a nice and super clean bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Our room was above the street corner, and so it was naturally a little loud (all night), but it didn't bother us. The walls were a little thin and we could hear right through the walls, which for us provided some good laughs and will make for memories. It wouldn't be for everyone. Certainly not the Ritz, but for the price, service & location it was well suited for us. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by, a short walk to beautiful department store Les Grands Boulevards.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Bedding (pillows) could be better. Convenient location, close to great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to main tourists attractions. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend for families traveling with kids.

This is the place to stay if you want to walk to the main attractions along Seine. 15-30max. Little noisy at night with street noise but nothing new from a major city. We were upgraded and for family of four that was nice plus some good welcome chocolates on bed nice touch. Staff were excellent from check in to check out and having them set up the trip to airport worked great
