To clarify, I messed up the reservation booking 2 rooms and not specifying the number of adults and kids per room. In our room we were 2 adults and my 3 year old, and the other room 2 adults and a 10 year old. The hotel made us purchase another room for 3 nights. They stated the rooms were too small for cots, while 2 of the rooms where quite large. I wouldn’t have minded paying for additional cot fee for both rooms but having to buy a additional room that we didn’t use for a 10 year old and a 3 year old doesn’t make sense to me. They could have figured out a better way to accommodate us and in a nicer way.

We booked the Pley Hotel because we travelled as a family of 5 and it offered a really good family option. It is also in a good central location and not on a main road. The hotel is very modern and stylish with really comfy beds. It has a great restaurant (minimal options but ok for lunch and snacks) and rooftop bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the guests upstairs were noisy until very late!

We had family room which is essentially two joined rooms with three separate twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. Each room had its own bath. The hotel has a great radio/music history theme. It appears newly renovated. Comfortable and clean with dpapcious rooms. The area is safe with great bakeries, a small grocery store, and several restaurants near by. The metro is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property could not be any better! It is a short walk to the Champs Elysee. There are plenty of cafes in the area as well as a grocery store and pharmacy right on the block. It is a short walking distance to Metro 2,9 and 1. We were there during Bastille Day and had a beautiful view of the fireworks from our room. We are a family of five and had two rooms joined together. It was perfect for us. The radio theme and vibe was loved by both us and our children. The lift is a bit small but gets the job done if you are on floor 6 or 7.

It really doesn’t worth how much I paid ,very old hotel with scary tiny elevator that fit 2 persons hardly, couldn’t fit the kid stroller in the elevator, breakfast was awful, Staffs was nice . Location is not good at all. Do not recommend it

Loved it here!! Cute theme, perfect location, friendly & helpful staff, and our family room was large enough for 5 people! The only downsides were that we could not control the temperature of the room and the Rooftop was closed.

My family and I stayed at Pley for 1 week. (2 adults 3 children) this hotel has a great location , close walk to many restaurants and shops. Hotel decor has a nice vibe, very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was great and convenient. We stayed in a family room, which is two connecting rooms . The triple room had a really nice updated washroom, ours still needed a reno. Overall very happy with hotel and experience at Pley

This hotel is great for families. We loved the spacious rooms we got. Very friendly staff, great service and amazing location. I would recommend this hotel
