Juliana Hotel Paris

This property was ideal. The concierge, Adel, made our stay in Paris unforgettable. Adel and the man at reception during most of our stay, made us feel like long lost and greatly cherished family every time we walked into and out of the hotel. I could not ask for more.

Amazing hotel and service, stayed in the junior suite which was fantastic! Very short walk to lots of the sights and some really tastey brunch spots.

The Juliana suite we booked was perfect for a family of 4 with living room and two separate lockable guest rooms attached to it. All amenities, linens and fixtures were fitting of a solid 5 star boutique property. The Grohe showers were awesome! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch service all the way around. Great little bar with excellent cocktails, fireplace, curated art and comfortable furniture throughout. Upon return to Paris, this is what I would book again! Thank you Hotel Juliana for a great stay!

Superb hotel. Stay in a junior suite, great room for 3 nights. Brilliant location to all the touristy stuff and some fab eateries near by.

Disappointed. My wife arrived ahead of us and wasn’t advised there was no room service that evening, when she then went to order food at about 7pm on a Thursday night she was told to download UberEats !!! There was no barman throughout our 3 night weekend stay. The reception team served us a couple of drinks but couldn’t make our children a Mocktail so I helped them make it ! Our adjoining children’s room took them several reminders to open the adjoining doors and it only had one working light. I asked for it to be fixed and they forgot. When I reminded them they said they didn’t have an electrician….. so I asked them can you at least try changing the lightbulb? I asked the reception team to help book a table for dinner on Saturday night but they booked it for Friday. The rooftop bar was closed, fair enough as it is winter (February) but they could have outside heaters like most other bars ??? But when we went their to admire the view it was extremely dirty with lots of bird droppings. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. Generally the hotel just disappoints, they might claim to be 5 star but in my view this is more of a 3 star with a Gym. The only plus side was the location, which was superb.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING! The staff goes above and beyond! The location could not be better! Walkable to Eiffel tour and the Louvre! If you are traveling with kids, this is your place! The kids had their own separate room with twin beds. My son got an ear infection while we were visiting, not only did the staff have the doctor come to the hotel, they stayed on the phone calling every place to help me get an antibiotic for him that was out of stock. They are SO nice! This will be our only hotel choice when we return to Paris! 10 stars!!!!!!

Where do I begin? The hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating to my family and I. This hotel is in walking distance of the many attractions that PARIS has to offer. I definitely will be staying at the Juliana hotel again. Hands down the best hotel in paris.
