The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Great location as everything is within walking distance with the exception of the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were very clean and the tea time was an extra plus. The area is very quiet and the hotel is located on a dead end street near the square park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. Thank you for a great stay in Paris!

Outstanding professional staff, my husband is Parisian so we didn’t need support but we saw many guests receiving guidance. Enjoyed 10 days of 20th anniversary delight and family business. Fantastic location, oasis of freshness, delightful tea, charming park and Asian cuisine nearby for quick and delicious meal, delightful bakery close. In a town where service at the best establishments can be lacking, there is detailed and careful training behind the service which we found impeccable. Wish we had had time to applaud management personally. We had almost lost trust in Expedia after a similarly well reviewed property in London fell short but grateful to have found this gem in Paris, enjoy!!

Great location at the heart of tourist attractions and shopping, lots of restaurants everywhere around. Everything is new and tastefully decorated so not the dreaded tired looking overpriced Parisian hotel. The fresh food available for breakfast is of excellent quality. Light Afternoon tea served in the lounge guests which is a really nice touch. My room was small so ok for shopping and business trip. Not ok for family stay or longer stay when a bit of space needed. Negatives: - No luggage holder so nowhere convenient to put my small suitcase. In a small room it's a problem as it ends up on the desk or the bed. The Hotel should really invest in these luggage holders. It's Not ok to advertise four stars without a convenient and accessible place available to put luggages. - there's no lighting in the dark part of the small room and you can't see what you're doing as a result when looking for clothes in the clothes hangers. The wall paint is very dark so it's important to have enough lighting. - more importantly: the mattress was definitely very hard and the pillows all far too dense and hard. So I didn't have a very good night sleep and to be in good shape for a business meeting the following day that's not great. Mattress toppers and a choice of softer pillows for the night is really a must for this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel, tucked away in a safe part of Paris that we felt comfortable walking back to in the evenings with our young children. The staff were friendly and accommodating of us speaking very little French. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the beds were SO comfortable. Good location to a few metro stations. Walking distance to lots of restaurant options. We were in one of the duplex suites. The extra bathroom was an unexpected surprise, giving our kids a bit more privacy and independence from us without being in a separate room.
