Great hotel for the price and you can’t beat the location. Some of the best Japanese restaurants are right outside. The area is off the main streets so it feels quiet and nice but only 3 blocks away from the Opera shopping district. The rooms are on the smaller side so probably not family friendly but great for solo or pairs. No A/C in the rooms but the fan is lovely even in the middle of June. Front desk staff is very helpful and speaks English well and they are available 24 hours. The balcony rooms are a nice touch.

We had a loft suite as we are a family of 3. Room feels cramped especially if there are at least 3- 4 suitcases to open. One suitcase per person plus cabin bags. bathrooms are in need of renovation. Location is excellent and staff are friendly. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

This stay is in a very busy neighborhood. The room was quiet for such a busy area. The pillow was too big, I should have asked for a different one. There are an abundance of places to eat, dine and snack nearby. This is a family operated establishment and everyone is super nice and helpful.

My family and I had a five-star experience at the Hôtel Baudelaire!!! The service we received from the moment we stepped in the doors was exceptional. They seemed to understand intuitively all of our needs from getting our bags to our room to the creature comforts of home waiting inside. It was the most charming apartment and my husband daughter and I were very comfortable. The hotel is ideally located for dining, shopping and exploring the streets of Paris. It's also very convenient to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Paris Opera and so many such delights. For my working needs- there was a desk, powerpoints, lamps and great wifi which was extremely helpful for preparing for the day's work or working in the evening. This family owned business took care of any need we brought to them- taxis, recommendations for dining and entertainment- nothing was too much trouble. They are a tremendous family and treat you as part of their family. We cannot say thank you enough for your generosity and service in your beautiful historical hotel! sincerest thanks to David and family. We will see you on our next trip!! Warmest regards, The Drake family.

From this family-run hotel, my husband and I walked everywhere. The Louvre was just minutes away, and from there, the Latin Quarter, Musee d'Orsay, L'Orangie, Place de la Concorde. On a longer walk we took in the Arc du Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. A subway to Versailles was a ten minute walk away. The family who ran the hotel (Juliette, Alis, and Laura) were so helpful and friendly!

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few minutes was from Paris Opera Garnier. The family who runs it are bilingual in French and English and are extremely helpful. Our rooms were small but very clean, and there is a lift so you don’t have to climb the stairs.
