Very responsive prior to arrival. Easy and helpful check in. Our room was perfect for family of 5.

We had a very nice stay in Hotel Ballu. The personal touch of the gentleman at the check in was outstanding, and we had a jr. suite for our family of three on the top floor. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with big windows to the roof tops near by.
The hotel is located only a few minutes away from the metro on Place de Clichy, and is nevertheless on a quiet street. The regular breakfast is not the full continental, and that is the only thing to put the finger on with regards to the price of it. However, dinner in the hotel was very good.
The reception area and lounge has a nice ambiance, and is inviting.

Lovely property with room for our family of 5. The terrace was absolutely perfect and the spa was a nice surprise after walking so many miles around the city. Location is quiet and close to two bakeries for morning coffee and pastries or baguettes. We would definitely stay again.
