Be You Luxury Apart'Hotel

The location in Moulin Rouge area is not great for families but the hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and efficient. We were there for the Olympics so the metro across the street was very handy. Also, we were within a 15 minute walk to Sacre Couer. The church is beautiful and situated in the Montmarte district. There were lots of restaurants to choose from too.

If you are going with the family, this is not the place you want to stay hundreds of sex toy shops I killed 2 cockroaches in the hotel smells bad in the room going with the kids, not ideal hotel

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice as well, and it’s really close to The Moulin Rouge. Really close. That being said, if you’re taking your kids, know that there are approximately 1000 sex shops on this street. If your kids are older it’s probably fine, but prepare yourselves for some odd conversations if not.

Great for family. Kitchen was quite small, but had everything you need. Front desk staff friendly and helpful with tourist questions. Like others say, neighbourhood has a lot of adult stores, but our kids didn’t really pay attention. Very close to two metro stops and Montemarte neighbourhood.

We had an amazing time exploring this beautiful city. It would not be possible without the help of the wonderful Fabio. He not only helped us with our itinerary but was very helpful with assisting any and all our hotel needs. We could not have seen and enjoyed half the amount of historical places without him. Thank you Fabio. The cleaning ladies were also very accommodating with providing the necessities to keep this family of 4 very happy. Thank you too.

Will definitely stay again! This was a last-minute booking close to family staying at another hotel which ended up being a gem of a place. The staff were on site and available to us around the clock…especially Fabio! We booked the family suite which was very roomy and comfortable (by Western standards which is 2x the space of a standard European hotel room). The hotel is conveniently situated near a metro station and lots of nearby cafes…including a 24 hour restaurant Le Chat Noir. The downside is that it is located on the main roadway of a red light district (near Moulin Rouge)…but the upside was that right around the corner were quiet streets with cute cafes and a walk away from Montmarte!! Highly recommend this place for your home away from home!

Fabio, he is the BEST Apart Hotel Host we have ever had!!! He made our stay in Paris just wonderful because he showed us where to go and what to do to maximize our trip!! Gave us the best restaurant suggestions as well, he was our best part of the trip, he is family now! We loved our room because it felt more of home to us. The cleaning staff was amazing as well because they came in everyday and left amazing. Everything about our stay here was perfect and made our stay in Paris even more special! Thank you Fabio we love you so much and thank you for everything you did for us! We will definetly come back here again.

Fantastic apartment a few doors down from the rouge, metro station at the door and plenty of places to eat and drink. Pando the staff member on the road was wonderful! So good with my children and spent lots of time chatting through what to do paris with my husband! He is a real asset to the business and a really all round nice guy! The apartment was clean and just the perfect place for one night for a family of 5

The apartment was brilliant - well designed, great shower, very quiet, spacious, good bed, nice bedding, kitchenette is perfect - everything was just really well designed and fit for purpose, close to three metro stations and the number 30 bus which took us to the Eiffel Tower - we would definitely stay there again. The only downside is the surrounding area - you are a short walk from Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur, you are two minutes from the Moulin Rouge, there are great restaurants and patisseries etc around but you are literally surrounded by sex shops and lap dancing/peep show bars. I think if you are traveling with kids of primary age I wouldn't want to stay there - or even if you are a bit prudish - you are surrounded by windows with every sex toy on display including an Eiffel Tower dildo. We found it funny - you might not.

We were away for a girls long weekend in Paris. The location is great, but be aware you are staying right in the middle of the “risqué” district, so perhaps not the best location for families. Brilliantly located to explore Momartre and walk into the centre in around 15-20 minutes. Brilliant small restaurants and bars to be found nearby too. We one one issue with the shower in that the drain kept getting blocked but it was quickly fixed. There wasn’t a huge amount of storage for three people in one room, but we just went with it. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the beds are big and comfortable. Great little touch of giving us slippers and robes too.
