Fab hotel, and the service was excellent! The breakfast was plentiful and very nice, which when sightseeing really sets you up for the day. Anyone complaining about the breakfast in their reviews are clearly looking for a full English as in England… yet forgetting they’re in Paris! So yes it will be different, but it was super none the less!
The rooms are immaculate, spacious, housekeeping daily, and the staff very very friendly.
The only thing for me was the room temperature, it does tell you in the room what it is set to at what time of year, but at 19°c in February for me personally it was too warm, with a family of 4 and the heat from the bodies, I struggled a little to sleep as I like a cool room. But I didn’t ask them if this could be changed as we were only there for a long weekend, so that’s on me, not the hotel. Location isn’t very central, but everywhere is so easy and accessible from there. Highly recommend and will be coming again! Bon travail et merci beacoup!

The room overall wasn’t too bad however it gets really hot at night even with the ac on. The single beds have poor structure.
There is no ventilation that is required for a room.
We were a family of 4 and they only provided 1 500ml water bottle and if we asked them they said there is an additional charge. .
This hotel doesn’t have great choices of breakfast if you are a vegetarian or vegan especially their menu for lunch and dinner, therefore we spent extra on outside.
The variety of breakfast is very limit.
Room service is up normal standards.
The tax online said £21 however when getting to the hotel they charged us €65 without an explanation.

My family of four recently spent 5 nights at Novotel Paris 17. Here's a concise summary of our experience:
Cons:
1. The family room we were assigned was surprisingly small, making it a tight fit for our luggage.
2. The air conditioning in our room was subpar, and despite raising a complaint, no action was taken to improve it.
3. During the first two days of our stay, I encountered some difficulties when requesting a beer mug and ice from the hotel staff. However, on the third day, my request for a beer mug was flatly denied, and the bartender offered me a paper cup instead. I approached the front desk (staff member who used to be there in night shift) and he informed me that it was hotel policy to withhold beer mugs unless the beer was purchased from the hotel.
This appeared to be an unusual policy and was a first for me.
4. The separate toilet and bathroom arrangement lacked a washbasin in the toilet, which felt somewhat inconvenient.
Pros:
1. The hotel is located in a safe area, with a bus stop right opposite.
2. Justin at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late check-out.
3. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
4. Nearby Convenience Store: A convenience store just a 5-minute walk away, open until midnight, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

Pretty ok hotel, clean, good breakfast etc, but bit too far from metro, restaurants etc.
Metro is about 800m away but with family it is a bit chore to walk.

Arrived late (11pm) and beds were not made up for children in the room. Took them about an hour to sort which was not ideal with young children looking to sleep. This was pretty much due to under staffing. Only one guy on at reception and a big party arrived to be booked in. He had to clear his desk before coming up to make our beds (3 calls later). Wouldn't have expected the receptionist to be the bed maker in a 4 star to be honest. The bartender also had to leave his bar to show the large party where the car park was, so had a bit of a wait to get served a nightcap. Just felt very dis-organised for a 4 star chain hotel. A little bit far from the Metro, but cheap, so there's the compromise. Taxi back from Louvre area was only 10 euros, so best way to return late at night. Stunning boulangerie called Julien on way to metro Wagram for breakfast stop.
