Our family loved this hotel. Great location with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. So close to many restaurants, boulangerie, and the metro station (Bir Hakeim). Ending up enjoying a bottle of wine and crepes/macaroons every night on the balcony.

Location Location Location!!! Only one block away, watched the Eiffel Tower glow every day. Pullman is a little pricey but the location is worth it. We arrived a little early and Pullman was able to give us our rooms early and we didn't have to leave or luggage with luggage hold. We also requested two rooms near each other to help with grandkids and Martin at front desk was able to accommodate our request. She was fantastic, professional, and made us feel comfortable with her hospitality. Thank you Martin, you make a difference!!!! Will stay here again!!!

The hotel was amazing. We had a suite for my family of four and had a view of the Tour Eiffel. The room had a kitchen and table. It was plenty of space for my family of four. The amenities of the hotel were top notch and the staff were very helpful too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The only thing that’s good about this hotel is the view of the Eiffel Tower and it’s proximity to it. The hotel itself is not very impressive. First, the lobby smells like someone spilled a bottle of Abercrombie Cologne. The scent is very strong and borderline irritating. The exterior, room, balcony, and hallways are very much in need of an update. It is also lacking that Parisian charm— it is very bland and basic. There are not a lot of options for room service and the restaurant on the first place is probably the worst I’ve been to in Paris. I had their chicken and it is by far the toughest chicken I’ve ever had. My husband and I couldn’t believe it. Lastly, our room was the junior suite on the 9th floor and is directly below the rooftop bar. We should have been given a heads up that the rooftop bar will be playing very loud music with very loud bass until 1am. We had to sleep with AirPods on and even with that you can hear and feel the bass. With the price we paid, I’m not sure if I can say it was worth it. The view was amazing but that’s really all this hotel have.

I stayed at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel and while the hotel boasts a great location and clean rooms, my experience has been marred by an unfortunate noise issue. The noise from neighboring rooms has been beyond explanation. Despite the hotel's good points, the persistent partying from other guests until the early hours of the morning has significantly disrupted our stay, especially as we are traveling with family. It's disheartening that our concerns were not adequately addressed, even after bringing the matter to the attention of the hotel manager. The promise of sending security to investigate didn't yield any positive results, and we've had to endure a night of unpleasant noises that have left us sleep-deprived and frustrated. If you're seeking a quiet and pleasant stay, especially when traveling with children, I would recommend considering other options.

What can I say, it was amazing. The location was perfect. It was near the Eiffel Tower of course but also close the train station and bus stops (about a 5 minute walk to each). Getting a taxi or Uber was super quick, not even a 5 minute wait because they are usually waiting outside already. The staff was good. Majority of the staff did speak English so it did make it easier to communicate but if they spoke French it was ok because my husband can understand and speak it as well. Let's talk about the food. OMG I loved it. Breakfast was included in my stay and I'm glad I chose that option. The Frame restaurant was great. Breakfast, Brunch (was buffet style) and Dinner was great. Great food options for sure. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone whether it's a romantic getaway for two or time with the family. Great place to stay for sure.

The staff was kind enough to check us in early to our room. The staff were very friendly. This hotel is a short block and a half from the Eiffel Tower and two blocks from river cruises and hop on hop off red bus and tootbus tours. If we return we will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Good part is very close to the Eiffel Tower with fair view. I stayed at junior suite but apparently not everyone gets the balcony that is on the picture
