Traveled as a family with children. The hotel had a parking garage for an extra fee. The rooms were clean but a little warm at night. Bed was comfortable. Location was great; easy access to shopping, dining, walking in town. We enjoyed about stay.

Fantastic stay, we had a family room, perfect for our family of 4. Would absolutely stay again. Hotel is at the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the train station. We loved it!

Thus hotel was a delightful find! Walking distance to the center of Chamonix.. The accommodations were spacious,clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly,efficient and helpful. The fun amenities include options for children like a game room and indoor bowling lanes! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in great location. 5 min walk to everything. The MIDI and town. Walkable to Montenvers train and luge. Tons to do. Breaker is good and convenient. TONS to do for families. Kids would be in heaven with the bowling alley, gamesetc. Beautiful views of mountains and even though it’s close to the “bus station” it’s not a real bus station with sketchy people. It’s a bunch of bus stops. No indoor station so no scummy element. Also Cat was amazing! She was at the front desk every time we went. She was so so helpful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always smiling. She really makes you feel welcome!!!

We had a great stay at Plan B. The facilities were excellent, particularly the boot room, where you get a personal locker to store all your ski equipment. The hotel is very child friendly with great facilities for the kids. The bowling alley was really good fun. The location is also excellent, with bus stops right outside so you can easily get to all the main ski lift areas. My only negative was the pillows in our room, which were really soft! But otherwise this hotel was brilliant and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is simple, a modern and stylish version of a holiday inn express or Wyndham. They had lots of fun for the kids, board games, bowling, pool table, and areas for little kids. However, the rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable. The area is in front of a bus station, and a parking lot, so not pretty views from windows. It is well situated walking distance to town and many other attractions.

What a great place to stay in downtown Chamonix. Nice modern and with lots of opportunities to keep the kids happy. Also very friendly and capable staff! Only downpoint: it was warm and the airconditioning wasn’t functioning. But would return without a doubt.
