Amazing experience with this hotel, the service is extraordinary! Once they saw that we have 2 kids they upgraded our room for free, we didn't ask them to do that! They are superiors 😊😊 We booked one night but since the location, breakfast and service are top, we stayed 3 nights at the end. Very recommended 👌

Overall good hotel, just a shame about the paper thin walls and ceiling as you can hear everything, it sounded like there was an elephant stomping around above our room every night until about midnight. But the hotel was clean and friendly I wouldn’t stay again because of the noise and having a young child with us

Thanks to the room upgrade and the receptionist introduced a very good local restaurant “Bizes”. Our family had a great time staying at Hôtel de l'Arve by HappyCulture.

Welcoming staff were helpful and always smiling. Hotel is right by River Arve, quiet and calming. Though I didn’t use them, free use of bikes and sauna were nice touches. Oh, so were the afternoon cake, coffee and tea! We were truly treated like family.

The staff are very friendly and their hospitality is second to none. It is a family run hotel and the pet Saint Bernard greets all guests with a tail wag. The hotel is located close to the pedestrian street and all of the town amenities. There is a daily tea and biscuits offering for guests to visit and mingle amongst each other. The hotel ambiance is wonderful with a games room, seating area, mini lounge and outdoor patio when the weather is good. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning. The hotel is highly recommended.
