Comfortable and accommodating all around staff most attentive despite being quite busy at front desk. Extra staff make the difference assisting customers reaching out to assist kindly. Spa was ok hot tube wasn’t private and wasn’t hot I suppose because kids were able to get in it. That would be my only request make it for adults to enjoy a hot tube exclusive.

Had high hopes, but room was small, requests were not applied, services not all available. Yeti decor in rooms was childish. Would try somewhere else next time.

They had this go green rule about water which was not suitable for a family trip at all, and they weren't any flexible about it. They were handling each room at the checkin one glass bottle to fill through their dispenser during your stay which they werent enough even at least to have one on each floor. Also they werent offering water bottles for sale in the hotel which is so annoying. The room service were terrible they dont clean properly and the room when we entered was not clean at all and we asked them to clean it after we came into it. The only good thing was about the hotel is the location.

The main issue with the hotel was that we stayed during June and our room was incredibly hot. There was no air conditioning at all, and the room was so hot you couldn’t t bare to have the toilet door closed with the light on. We had a toddler with us but with the sofa bed pulled out it was very difficult to open the door to get fresh air in the room. And we couldn’t have the balcony door open at night as it wasn’t safe with a child in the room. For a 4 star hotel it wasn’t a very relaxing stay at all especially for the money we paid.
