The place was good, kid friendly and staff was very friendly. We just found it far from everything. Yes, they have a bulla bus within Hilton hotel that takes you to your room from the main areas (swimming pools, restaurants and reception) but at times you end up waiting awhile for the bus to comes around.

Rebekah at Nuku made our visit completely personable and inviting, seeing her was like visiting family. The tour specialist at the excursion desk went out of her way to assist us with our tour beyond any expectations. Millie at the front desk provided an experience unparalleled to any other visit. The masseuse at the outdoor spa made the beach side massage completely serene. Our holiday was wonderful! The penthouse was an enchanting get away with everything we needed to enjoy the perfect Fijian holiday after exploring all the wonders of Fiji.

We had the most incredible time at this hotel. The staff are so beautiful and friendly and the rooms very spacious. I have a very active 2 year old and there was plenty for him to do, we were also welcome at kids club if i accompanied him. Our room was a good 800meters away from the lobby/breakfast but we were happy with the walk after food. If you don’t like walking ask for a closer room, otherwise there is a bus every 15 minutes to take you back and forth. Breakfast was great and I would say the prices for food and drinks are on par with Australia. Short walk to the marina that has all the shops etc for supplies.

The fact tha despite booking the Hilton spending at the Hilton was not honoured on my Hiltons rewards membership. The adult pool was not functioning the whole time of the stay. There was a lack of coimmunication about this. The main pool was overun by children and noisy activities when we as the brochure indicated could have been relaxing in an adult only section

Beautiful pools, great poolside service, scan the QR code from your sun lounger. Very engaging kids club staff with fun events. Convenient shuttle to run you around the resort. Also a little ticketed bus to run you around to the other local resorts and port, for shopping and dining. Great place for a few nights stay

Great place to stay. Stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute. Staff were all so lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Especially great with kids too. Would stay again.

The staff were amazing with wonderful atmosphere. Although we had rainy weather the resort ensured our kids were entertained and had an amazing time. Pentouse room was so amazing with balcony view all around. Cant fault them!
