Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay

the hotel is too old and the smell in the lobby and at breakfast was annoying, also the beds in the room had a peculiar smell, there were three of us in the room and they brought an old bed for the child, in general the hotel needs a major overhaul

Nice and save Resort. If you like a nice beach and snorkeling directly nearby. At least at our time in November 2022 the guests were silver ager or families with young children. So, if you are in the middle of live, I would recommend other hotels. The staff was very friendly, but the service was not 5 Star.

Amazing resort for couples and family, we went as a family but with talented kids club on spot my son did not want to stay with us, so u can enjoy both. Their stuff are beyond friendly and welcoming with a smily face all the time. They do everything to make you feel satisfied. Will come back for sure.

The property is impeccable! All the employees were super friendly, respectful and help us with any possible necessity. The beach is a heaven, there is a coral reef super close, clear and clean water. Super nice beach service, special thank you for Alaa on the beach kiosk! Food was good with a great buffet with nice variety of foods daily. The pool restaurant also has great food. We enjoyed a lot the bars and the sunset party. Hotel has sections for family and adults only in the beach and amenities, it makes the hotel a good fit for all. The property and rooms are super well maintained, everything clean and beautiful. The room keeper took care perfectly about everything in our room, we loved it. My only regret was to not have more days in this paradise! I will definitely come back to this hotel and stay longer to enjoy it more and more.

Very friendly stuff, everywhere people are friendly only the reception is far away from friendly. Food is great, beach is great, service and everything is super clean. The stuff made our stay even better, very kids friendly! Kidsclub is great, Mona loves her job, very engaged, the kids can feel it. Gym is nice and clean and the spa area is nice

Hotel is good but need to talk to Expedia to get VIP Access benefits @ the hotel. they upgrade the room with another view not larger room as mentioned. There's no animation team or party for kids they have to get. Beach is amazing and pool is good. I'll stay again in this hotel.

Soma bay is outstanding, easy access to Kite and wind surfing beaches along with snorkeling and diving spots nearby and the whole area is very family friendly. Kempinski is one of the best hotels with well maintained ground and facilities, excellent beach, superior view of the sea. booked a suite with club access (worth it) and had an excellent view of the beach and sea (check pic). Every single member of the staff was extremely friendly and they get out of their way to help you out without expecting anything back, kudos to the hotel management on the staff training. Thanks Soma Bay and thanks Kempinski, will be back!
