Definately a great location and basic normal Danish breakfast that is served at all hotels. However the room is tiny the shower is not for heavy people either. Barely had room in my room for my suitcase on the floor. Definately not for couples or families, as a single it was OK. The location made up for everything.

We had a very stressful one night stay. We were given two adjacent rooms, with separate keys, only to discover there were not enough beds for our party. Upon returning to check-in, they realized that we should actually have four rooms. We had reserved two "family" rooms. It wasn't obvious to us that a family room is actually two rooms with an adjoining door. We ended up on the same floor but in a different building. Very confusing especially when in the middle of the night, there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the hotel. Shortly after everyone was out, the fire engines left and we were allowed back into the hotel. Seemed like an over reaction to whatever happened.

This was a great location- walkable to everyplace or to public transportation for those that aren't. Loved the connecting family room set up. Great breakfast. Lots of places to hang out in the lounge area. Street parking available with an app

Very nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are extremely small. We had a family of 4 with 2 adjoining rooms and had a hard time navigating around each other with our luggage being in the way all the time. Showers and bathrooms look nice but are impractical as the frosted glass gives minimal privacy. No floor mats supplied and shower doors don't do a good job of keeping water in. Breakfast buffet is just barely adequate given that it costs 95dkk per adult. We only ate there on the first day and preferred getting breakfast at a local bakery/cafe instead. Guess if you like quantity over quality it can still be a good value. Can't beat the location though. Close to everything you want. We never needed public transit, even the airport is easily reached via the metro a few blocks away.

You can't beat the location. The hotel is walking to Nyhavn, Stroget, and the metro from the airport. There is a large lobby where you can gather with friends/family, rest, and/or have a snack. The hotel rents bikes for 130 DKK a day, easy to reserve. If you rent bikes from other companies, you can park your bikes on the street. The rooms are very small, but clean, modern and comfortable. The lobby is modern and clean. The hotel offers paid breakfast. The original Gasoline Grill is literaly right outside the front door. Baku bakery is a block away. If you need to leave luggage, you pay for lockers. I think this hotel is in the absolutely best location. The price is a value for the location.

The main positive of this property is that it’s at a very central location, and the front desk staff were good, but it is an “add-on” hotel, so every little thing is chargeable like even storing luggage (per bag). For a crib, it’s 14dk per night. We stayed in a attached family room on the third floor. The room’s interior design tried too hard to be contemporary that it wasn’t safe for adults what more kids with the very sharp trash bin jutting out from the wall, the hard luggage holder, the glass side table, and the glass shower cubicle. Some occasions when we put the do not disturb sign up, it was not honored. The most upsetting incident was when not only was the dnd not honored, but the attached door was closed and it auto-locks. We didn’t bring the other room key and there isn’t a phone in the room to request for one so I had to go all the way downstairs, stand in the long line to request for a new key. The other thing is that, the rooms do not have fridges or any basic amenities like a kettle.
