Excellent hotel. I was unfaithful to the hotel I usually stay at in Copenhagen and chose this one for my trip. I was worried, because this place seems extremely “family friendly”, a term I usually avoid like the plague. But it wasn’t a problem, actually. Still very quiet and suitable, even for a child-hater like me.

Just ok. No robe no slippers no towels in room or tv remote had to call down a few times for these. Breakfast is mediocre one person serving coffee in the morning so queuing for ages not ideal with children. If you have small children better staying closer to the centre as a bit of a trek.

Fantastic stay for our family.
The rooms where great, but the play areas and actovities was amazing.
The location of the hotel is great, and public transport is just outside the door.

We had only one night stay at the hotel. General impression was very good. Our room was very nice and clean. Some noise from the trains, but not big of a bother since were too tired.
Staff especially at the front desk were very friendly.
We enjoyed time at the pool and the fact that the hotel is kid friendly.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Ok vegan options. Keep it up:).
We are definitely coming back :)

Clean and excellent service and quality in rooms, food and staff. Great breakfast and nice child play area. Great for kids and family. Pool also nice, but way to clorinated!

It's not worth it.
We booked a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. We got a small room w/ double bed and sofabed.
The bathroom was in two parts, so the sink area was visible for the rest of the tiny hotelroom, only separated by glass walls. This means that every time one of us had to go to the bathroom, half of this tiny room got light from the sink area, very disturbing and noisy at night. There were blinds to one side, but little did they help.
There were no shelfs for our clothes, so our suitcases occupied most of the tiny floor space most of the time.
We were told to book time for breakfast the day before - never experienced that before - I don't think this is good hotelguest service, at best it is for the convenience of the hotel itself, but we would like to have breakfast when we feel like it, instead of prebooking the time the day before.
Also told to prebook cleaning service the day before. Never experienced that before either.
The staff were friendly but rather stiff.
Breakfast was good though.
Fitness and pool area were ok.
We have tried several hotels, also budget hotels that were way more hotelguest friendly.
But 8.000 + DKK for 3 nights stay in a tiny room, not worth it unless you would pay extra for somewhat fancy decorated rooms(!) In this case I would rather book a tiny room in a budget hotel with shelfs for the clothes, and flexible breakfast and cleaning services 😅

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and the staff were lovely providing us with some wine and chocolate for our celebration. The staff were super friendly and very helpful at telling us what was around and providing us with our requests. The hotel itself was closely located to a shop (7Eleven) within walking distance and only a 14 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride to the main train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city via public transport! However, this was on a main road so wasn’t the quietest at night time. Although the beds sure made up for this as they were so comfy and we slept well! Overall the hotel was clean and a nice, friendly atmosphere. We only had one thing we disliked about the hotel and that was that there were many children in the pool splashing and being loud and there was no one around to manage this- this meant we couldn’t really relax and enjoy the pool or the stars on the roof of the pool as it was just far too loud and busy (we did try at different times of the day but it didn’t make a difference). I would of loved if there was a quiet hour or an adults only hour at the pool and this would have made our stay so much better. Overall 9/10 and would stay again but wouldn’t use the pool. Thanks so much for our stay in Copenhagen!!

Ordered by Hotels.com including breakfast, but the hotel was not able to see that in their booking system, so we got charged an additional 690 dkk for breakfast for 2 adults and two kids - which is 255% above the charged rate by Hotels.com, so in total we got charged 960 dkk for the breakfast... the breakfast was fine, but with two kids with no morning appetite, that is to much. The worst part was, that even though we could show the documentation of our order from Hotels.com, we couldn't avoid to pay again neither at the restaurant nor at the reception of the hotel.
Further we got a SMS on the night of check-in with a link to reserve a time slot for our breakfast, which indicated, that our breakfast payment was registred. At least the service could inform, that breakfast was not included in our stay at that point (which it was though), so we would have been aware of this already at check-in.

Acceptable hotel with everything you’d expect from a business hotel. But we were travelling as a family which meant that we weren’t too impressed as there is absolutely no connection between the amusement park and this hotel except a few design items.
