We chose this hotel for our stay in Copenhagen for our wedding. All the staff specially Madam Ida were very helpful and friendly, the room was very nice with a nice view. I would like to express my appreciation for the perfect Danish hospitality and the memories they made us. The hotel definitely stands for their motto , come in as guest and leave as a family. We definitely would stay in this hotel next time we visit copenhagen.

We stayed here for 3 nights & I would stay here again! The hotel is in a great walkable location. Our room was quiet (even though we were beside the elevator)- I only noticed once hearing guests talking as they were passing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were huge (we had the family room). The bed was comfortable and we had a nice view and didn’t hear any street noise. The only negative was that there was no mini refrigerator inside our room, but we were able to store in a refrigerator downstairs. There’s happy hour at the hotel as well with a complimentary drink in the lounge which was nice and also would be a nice way to meet other travellers if you wanted to!
