The stay was nice and overall everything was nice. I like the fact i can rent the hotel's bike could not because they didn't have enough bikes with kid carriers (back or front attached or cargo). We had to go externally and took us 2 shops before finding availability.

We stayed here on our family trip. We have a 9yr old and a 2yr old. It was a great experience. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was excellent, breakfast was awesome, overall we would love to come back and stay here.

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel listing on Expedia didn’t do it justice. The staff go above and beyond. Very kid friendly. Hotel is very luxurious. The breakfast is the best I have experienced.

Our junior suite was a bit noise outside at night. I asked if I could move rooms and the lady gave us a better room which was lovely and peaceful. COSY HOUR is the best!!!!!! Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Copenhagen!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kong Arthur. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We had a baby and they supplied a cot and bedding which was amazing! We also had drinks in the bar which was so comfortable and cosy! Would recommend staying and would definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel with very comfortable beds, great food and great staff, but had to walk outside in the cold to get to the spa and to breakfast whilst the wood floor was being renovated. Also although we had a junior suite there was very little hanging space in the wardrobe, but bizarrely lots and lots of shelf space. Finally, nobody was at or near the entrance door to greet arriving guests and/or help carry bags up the steps to reception.

The hotel was fantastic - I have already recommended it to friends and family. The room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will go back to Copenhagen and we will stay at the hotel again.

The hotel building is very well maintained, the decor is very Scandinavian and very pretty; the staff is amazing, very friendly, polite and attentive; you just have a seat and someone brings you cold water; we stayed as a family of 4 on the top 5th floor - the room was nice ( a bit on a small side though said junior suite; a bit crammed in) , clean and comfy, big bathroom though and unfortunately quite low pressure on shower; otherwise a very nice location , walking distance to the centre with all main attractions; very clean modern looked after hotel, and free drinks in the evening ! Thank you

We loved the comfort, ambience, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Beautifully, tastefully furnished, inside and out. Inviting reception area and bar for relaxing with a beverage between activities in the easily walkable neighborhood. Felt very homey to us. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in Copenhagen.
