This is a beautiful property in the heart of the best district in Prague. I would give 5 stars all around save for 2 issues during my stay. The espresso machine stopped working and I asked several times for a replacement with promise that it would be done. Never happened. Upon checking out I asked the front desk to help coordinate my next stay with a property in the same family of hotels and the receptionist refused.

An amazing location, a GREAT Staff, wonderful breakfast and very good rooms, clean and large. I will stay here again and let me family and friends know that this is the place to stay in Prague.

Bishop’s house turned out to be my lucky pick. Dominik took care of my transport needs and Alice was an angel helping me in every step. This hotel has excellent amenities, awesome customer service and the perfect location. I loved everything about this hotel. It is a family run business but my stay was made perfect with the fabulous hotel staff and Alice. If I am back in Prague, I will choose this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you Alice and team.
