All was perfect. We started by 1 night booking only, as our plans were not fixed in Santiago, then extended for one more and once again extended, so from 1 night we stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect for us - as we especially looked to stay in this area from family reasons. Actually it is close to Costanera and close to stations (bus and metro). Very clean hotel, very tasty breakfast … all services were perfect. Room small, but with everything you need, silent and we slept very well. Very good value for the price. I definitely recommend this property.

I was impressed with the staff and the hotel overall. Even though, it is not a brand new building, no elevator, no modern but classic / family oriented type of hotel, I found it perfect for my business trips, location is very good and services like laundry, conference area, and restaurant make it a great stay. I usually stay at $120 a day new/modern hotels mostly but this trip I tried 3-4 stars hotels, so far this is the best I found in this trip. Highly recommend the staff, they suited to my last minute meeting with a client by providing a meeting area at no charge. They have earned my business.
