We stayed with our toddler daughter and had a great stay. The staff was super nice, they did not have a high chair on site and were nice enough to get one for us. The breakfast was great, bed very comfortable and room very quiet. Great location with lots of restaurants, parks, restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Service staff very extra accommodating , however junior suit was below expectations and similar to a hostel . Breakfast was continental , pool cold and dirty with overhanging trees that needed repair. Picture on line were taken on a good day

Wow what a gem of a place! This hotel has only 14 rooms. I stayed in room 2 (a junior suite). The entire room was top of the line. Modern and very clean. The bathroom was all tile and spotless. The cleaning staff was outstanding. The front desk was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There is a little cafe right down the street that has great coffee and great Chilean stews. The hotel is across the street from the old USA Embassy.

The hotel is beautiful, the common areas and the rooms are well designed with care to details. A big issue is the sound insulation as the floors are old creaky boards and when people are moving next door it sounds like they are walking inside your room, really! If that is not a problem for you, you will love this hotel, the location is great, within walking distance to the main sights in downtown and Plaza de Armas on one side and tons of restaurants and souvenir shops in Patio Bellavista in the opposite direction. Breakfast is really good for such a small hotel and the staff are all corteous and very accommodating. Couples will appreciate this hotel more than families or business travelers.
