Gold Eagle Lodge

The hotel room itself was very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The pool is a salt water pool so my kids didn’t love it but it seemed overall in good repair and clean.

We checked into a family suite for 6 nights and found house keeping cleaning products in our bathroom along with a flickering bathroom light. We never received any house cleaning. Each day I had to go request fresh towels and garbage bags from the housekeeping cart. I even asked house keeping if they could please come clean my room and they agreed to do it the next day but still don’t show up. I approached and let them know we would be out of the room for 3 hours and asked if they could please clean it during that time. They were friendly and agreed to clean it and appologized for not doing it previously… once again they didn’t do it. Daily I changed our garbages, I changed out our own towels, and one day I asked house keeping to please vacuum in my room. They grabbed the vacuum and brought it to my room and told me to place the vacuum in the hall when I was done with it. There was also a discrepancy in the total cost from hotels.com, to the hotels price upon arrival. Unsure where the price discrepancy came from but the hotel said they will look into that to figure out why that happened.

Excellent customer service from the front desk staff checking in and even checking out. The cleaning staff were great also even fixed our beds on the first night there. Definitely staying there again and recommending to friends and family. The breakfast was also great 😊

I usually feel at home here but this last visit we did not get a good sleep. The people across from us let their child run back & forth from room to room. At 2:30 AM we called the desk and security dealt with it.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed in the family suite. Extremely spacious!

Great breakfast. Pool area isn’t monitored so it was quite loud and rambunctious. Often times with young children and no supervision.

Helpful, friendly staff. I travelled in a little early and they allowed an early check-in. Very clean room and impressed with the family suite for the price.

Was staying in North Battleford to visit my Dad for the weekend. Very comfortable. Good breakfast & even though there were a lot of children around & in the pool, it still was quite quiet.

Good place to stay. Family place with lots of rather noisy kids late night pool and hot tubs.

We had our family Easter at the Gold Eagle Hotel. The staff was very accommodating. Had us on the same floor when we requested. Pool facility was great for our 7 grandchildren. Very reasonable rates for any of the rooms Very close to the aquatic center.
