Although, the carpet looks like something that needs to be replaced or needs to be cleaned the hotel is the nicest one in Laval. I know that because I stayed in the ones near by in the past. Great restaurants in the area and there is a beautiful mall right across. I’ll stay there again and will refer it to family and friends.

Pool area way too noisy nobody following rules (too many people in the pool, children in and out of sauna) Was told that I would not be charged for an extra guest because my extra guest was my 20 year old son, but on my receipt, I was charged. booo. Because of this, I will not be returning in the future.

I have always chosen this hotel to stay at in Laval whenever I come in to see friends and family. I have stayed at this hotel three times in my life, and this time was for my birthday on April 30, and for celebrating my 12 years cancer free. I was there for a total of 10 days, and the only thing that I can say is, the room is beautiful and the location to the mall is excellent– however, the rooms were very dry and need humidifiers of personal size, so that the room can hydrate at my level of need. That is the only thing that was not so great, and actually added to our colds during that stay, as it was a very rainy and windy week, and we could’ve used the humidity in our room for all those days.

Absolutely GORGEOUS property! Parking garage does not fit trucks so finding parking closer to main entrance (especially with 3 kids) was a bit difficult but not the worst because there is lots of parking.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We were staying in the area because we were visiting family. We requested room cleaning every day and had no problem with that. Parking was easy. Nice coffee shop in the lobby with good hours. Lots of space in the lobby to tuck away if you wanted privacy. Gym is small but well equip and wasn't ever too crowded. The pool is also really nice. We would definitely stay here again. The mall across the street has all kinds of stores and food.

The lobby manager and restaurant staff are amazing. Really made my stay enjoyable. I would come back with my family on my next trip.

Told to unload our luggage ourselves and carry them to our room. Sound insulation is poor. Seems to be a popular spot for parties and graduations and attracts A LOT of teens. Not exactly family friendly and I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children.

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff made my trip from New York to Canada amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Especially Stephanie, she went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had an exceptional stay. The facility was spotless and the food amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

I love the personal greetings on the TV and the hotel's access to boutiques. I wish I had the time to enjoy the bar. The pool is quite small, good for kids. I am happy with Laurence's (lady at the reception) effort. Toothbrushes were out of stock that night and she made extra mile to provide us some. I am glad I did not have to go to bed without brushing my teeth.
