We spent an overnight stay here with our child and pet. Concierge was very helpful both in the phone and in person. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. And beds were comfy. My only regret is that a week ago when we were in Drummondville I didn’t book here. It would have started our vacation off perfectly. Nevertheless, we will be back again.

The staff at this Best Western were great to start, very accomodating and extremely nice. Second, and probably our favourite part, was the pool here. We, along with our kids, loved it! The water was warm and the sky light above it was a nice addition. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and when we had ordered food to our room from ubereats, reception had no problem giving us plates and utensils to use. This is the perfect half way point between Toronto and New Brunswick for us. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we go there.

Review the pool hours, closing at 9PM. Could be closed by 9PM for kids but 10PM for quick adults only.

We arrived after a long trip and the French front desk woman didn’t hesitate to yell at my children in French for being in the hot tub. Ruined their pool stay, ruined our stay. Ignorant and rude for no reason, didn’t even try to be polite. Never again.

There are a few things that I think people need to know. #1 in this hotel, they have the air conditioners in the room - the kind that sound like an airplane starting up whenever they turn on. Be warned. Soooo loud!!! #2 I swear the doors are paper thin. We could hear everything went outside the room. #3 there was some thing really weird with our toilet. Whenever we stood up, it smashed against the wall with a loud bang. I guess something was loose. I mentioned it at the end of our stay, and they said they would look into it. Let’s hope. #4 the pool was packed. Wall-to-wall kids. I have kids (13 & 11), and they thought it was wayyyy too much. There’s a sign on the wall that says maximum of 10 people, but I swear they were at least 30 people in and around the pool (22 in it at one count!) We went to the hot tub because it seemed the most peaceful place (we ignored the 18 sign). The hot tub wasn’t terribly hot, and we couldn’t turn on the jets, but at least it wasn’t jampacked with humans.

The front desk staff was super accommodating to our english needs, thats where it ended. Day 2 they brought out a ridiculous contract for us to sign. 9 pm curfew no kids to be unattended, no more than 6 people to a room. And that night the "security team" came on. They were overly aggressive standing over not only the kids but the parents, unless you spoke french, then they were perfectly reasonable. Nit picking and causing havoc where there was no need. Satuday night the kids were having a spash contest in the pool, and the security decided that was unacceptable. She proceeded to go over to her and scream at them in french. Non of the kids understood a word she was saying, then she decided to show them.and pushed a child pn his shoulder, one of the other parents spoke up in french, from what i was told, told her not to touch the children over and over. I dont think he spoke much more than that, as she screamed in his face with him telling her he did not understand! Police were called later as the security guard was being filmed by an older gentleman and she swatted the phone out of his hand, TWICE! And for this THE HOTEL called the police! They showed up for all of 2 minutes and left. To be clear we were identified as a sports team! We ARE NOT A SPORTS TEAM!! We are all BMX riders, this is an individual sport, however a few riders do end up on teams some travel together some do not. what you had is 100 rooms booked by people of the same COMMUNITY that all know each other

Not accommodating for large groups or any sort of sporting event and teams. Staff was rude and had security guards walking the halls. Handed out waver forms to sign with crazy rules. Had to sign it and if you broke any rules you would be charged 150.00. Pool closed at 9 sharp every day. Last night of the stay staff decided to close pool at 8 because the kids where having fun…..

We have just stayed at this property for 4 nights for a national bmx event. When we checked in everything was fine. The second day we got a letter from the staff stating the rules of the hotel. This included no kids in the hallway after 9 pm. Not being able to use the elevator to get to your room. It was a full page list of rules. These rules were only put on families from alberta doors. There was a baseball team from Quebec that never got the letters. Then they had hired 4 security guards to patrol the property and haul kids back to there rooms. The pool was open until 9 pm and was shut down every night at 8pm. The staff would come in and shut the lights off on the kids swimming in the pool. Security guards were dragging kids out of the pool by there arm. The cleaning staff seemed to do a good job until we woke up in the morning with red bites on our skin. We think it might of been bed bugs. We had parked our rental car in the front of the hotel by the cameras and woke up Saturday morning to a missing rental. When we reported it stolen the staff told us the camera did not work and would not help us with video footage at all. When the Quebec police showed up the staff was very rude to them. Finally after the police argued with them they got some video footage. I believe the security guards should of been in the parking lot not worried about kids in the hallway. On Saturday night of our stay we had caught a staff member trying to get into our room. This property is a joke.
