Great hotel in the heart of Yonge Dundas. Really comfortable for our family of four - modern and clean. Close to great restaurants and activities (short Uber or train ride).

It was so relaxing and nice, and the room having a SoHo feel was very interesting. Plus, it was very secured so as to help keep my family and I safe.

I travel a lot for work. I would recommend this place for a short stay. However a long stay (I was here fof 5 days) would look elsewhere next time. It was convenient for TCAF but the beds made us sore and pillows were subpar. I am used to hyatt beds and pillows and this is hyatt only in the name. Beds were tough and didn't get enough sleep for a week. Also there is contruction everywhere. Next door and across the street, lpud mornings. Additionally the property itself is built in a way that you hear everything on your floor. I heard the conversations next door and baby across the way. Again fine for a night or two but not more.

Great, independent (boutique) type hotel. Our room was generously sized for 2 adults and 2 children, considering the great neighborhood (Bloor-Yonge stop of Yorkeville). The property is on an unassuming block, but it is quiet, and parking across the street was easy. So many great food places!

This property advertises that it is soundproof. However, it was necessary to contact the front desk at 1:00 a.m. to report loud guests (children) in a room across the hall. The hall door closers need to be adjusted so that the doors don't slam every time they close. The room was rather small in relation to the cost!! One positive: it was convenient for our purposes. I would not return.

It’s our second time here, first time we stayed facing West but also on a higher floor, this time we were placed on the 3rd floor facing East which is immediately above a restaurant balcony. There was (as we discovered after being woken up on a Sunday before 8am) a event happening outside with a Dj right outside our room, no one bothered to inform us which we would have loved to know we were going to be up and at em by house music at 8am. We understand it’s Pride weekend, but knowing there was going to be a super loud first thing in the am event right happening right outside where I’m sleeping would have been nice to have been informed of in advance so we could have planned differently. The hotel is charming, convenient, the staff were helpful, the restaurant is great, convenient location and parking, but it’s loud and not soundproof so wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling with kids or people that want more than a couple hours of sleep. You can hear every door, every word or people in the hall, cleaning staff start early. Definitely a place to stay if you want a easy access place around lots of amenities but don’t rely on for r&r or sleeping past 6am.

The Anndore was a good option, but after experience the quality of services in other Canadian hotels, I must say this one has fairly poor services. The location is good, but a bit too far from the main attractions (35 min walk?), like the CN Tower region. Good cafes, restaurants around though, like Eataly. The room is also a bit small with little space for cloths’ storage. We travel with one kid and the room was small already. Overall it’s in the range of a 3.5-star hotel.

Slightly quirky but very nicely appointed rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. One of the elevators wasn't working during our multi-day stay, which meant getting up and down to the 7th floor sometimes took a long time. But overall, this was a very pleasant hotel experience for our family, and we'd definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.
