The staff were very helpful and happy to help. Sadly the pool was closed for cleaning during its "open hours" which greatly disappointed my kids

Poor customer service. No staff at the reception need to ring a bell and still waited 10 minutes. Very small room and beside the door to the stairway to the pool constant traffic and kids yelling and running. No coffee machine. Since when a hotel have no coffee machine. Hot tub is supposed to be hot not cold water. Will not go there again. Had to cut my trip short due to family emergency and deadline was at 6 pm and I went to the reception at 7h03 and refused to refund for my 2nd night.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! The pool was so nice with the right temperature! I don't go swim often and I hate when pools are cold so that one was perfect for me and my kids! Excellent breakfast in the morning!! Will definitely go again!

Bed were harding, kids running hallways echoed in the room, even if just walking. Bed were hard, odd smell in room. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Hot tub was closed, pool was freezing
