Beds were comfortable, breakfast wasn't bad for being included in the price. We were in Ottawa to visit family and friends and the location was very convenient and central.

Convenient location near Airport and family. Public transportation close by. Not great if you like to have a stroll after dinner as it's on a very busy main road. As usual I am appalled at the waste: Paper cups, paper plates, plastic cutlery. I thought that had been banned in Canada. Where can I go for a china cup and real cutlery?

I was there for two nights to attend a family event, so I was out all day. I only slept there for the two nights. The property and the room I stayed in was clean. I can see my self staying there again. I did not do shopping, because I was not aware there was shopping available in the building.

An excellent property. We got very clean rooms. Really no reason to complain. I didn't use WiFi, but my family used it and it wasn't that good. However, that is a minor issue compared to other benefits.

Just stayed for one night before departing from airport. Nice and close to the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The kids loved the warm indoor pool. Nice welcoming staff. We would stay again.

The room was good, and the property in general was just what we expected. Didn't see much staff. Breakfast was OK, but didn't like the kids running around unchecked in the breakfast room.

No information booklet provided for wifi, temperature control or any other hotel information. When ever we wanted to use the pool it was full with 30-40 kids, no restricted hours. Water pressure in shower was very low due to restrictive shower head. Would try a different hotel next time.
