The curtains didn’t close all the way which made for an early wake up call from the kids when the sun came up. The handle on the dresser came loose when we opened it to put clothes in

We stayed during the solar eclipse and we were very happy with how attentive the staff were, even with the pressures of a full hotel. The hot breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable. The pool is nicely heated (not too cold) but could be cleaner. We will definitely be staying again when in town to visit family.

We stayed on a mini family vacation and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great and the staff were wonderful! Couple small repair type issues in the room but over all everything with our stay was awesome.

For a family of 4, this is exactly what I would expect from a hotel with added features like a heated pool and breakfast... very friendly staff and the place is clean...... highly recommend staying here

I love this new option in Napanee when I go home to visit family. I especially appreciate them accommodating the charging needs of my electric car .
