Bowmanville Marina Inn & Suites

Stayed for 1 night as we were in town for a family function. This motel is a no frills option. Very comfy with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

Perfect for what our family needed...4 of us for one night

We arrived at the hotel, no one around we looked around for the check in area, we found it and the door was locked, nom one in sight. We left and went back into Bowmanville, looking for another hotel since the Marina Inn and Suites were not available. We decided to go back and check again since I just had surgery 2 hours before that, it was so uncomfortable driving around wasting gas and looking for a different options. After 3-4 hours of foolishness we went backm to the hotel and there were other guests at the hotel, they knew the lady was there so they called her and she came olut, she said they had NO rooms left, i am like you must be kidding me. I said I have a reservation with Hotels.com she checked and came back said I did indeed have a reservation. She gave us the room key we went to our room it wasnt like the advertisement when I booked I thought I reserved a room with a kitchenette and a jetted tub, we didnt have any of that, there were weird bugs in the room it was very noisy with the train and others guests coming in. sorry but we are still very upset with our stay. I believe we should be reimmbursed for that stay because of all the gas we wasted and our time, unreal. Thank you for the survey.
