Nice clean hotel and it was quiet, even though our room was very close to elevator and looked out over Hwy 401 which is always busy. Nice warm pool - although a bit small - was great with ample towels. Only complaint was only one elevator working - in seeing some past reviews before booking, that seemed to be a problem for quite some time and still not rectified. Note, not basing review on restaurant but although some entrees were decent, was not great for kids and ended up being ridiculously expensive - $9 for a bowl of ice cream for my 8-year old grand-daughter. tiny bowl of plain pasta charged at $22?

I found the hotel room extremely clean as well as the bathroom. I like the personal care products provided for in the bathroom. I noticed our neighbour banging on the wall, and some kids were pranking our door for about the first hour or our stay. We could hear the kids laughter. But the banging on the wall stopped. Overall I enjoyed our stay.

First time staying at a Garden Inn by Hilton. To be honest, I expected more from the facility. The positives, the rooms were very clean. The mediums, we were out of of a few essentials by the first night (lotion dispenser was empty, out of toilet paper. Towels were a big one. If we had booked for 2 adults and two kids, we would have expected at least 4 towels. The hot tub, was extremely hot. To the level that my wife could not even get in. We asked the caretaker whether this was normal and he said the guests liked it that way..... Okay, but was that safe??? I assure you not. We decided to have breakfast on the first morning. I must say, another disappointment. What gets advertised within the hotel as to how the breakfast should be and what you get was frankly false advertising. All in all an acceptable experience.

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews and thought with a rating of 8.6 I could expect a clean room... I kid you not, pulling down the sheets on not one, but both beds it was clear that the sheets had been slept in. They were creased and bunched and had makeup stains, hair and crumbs on them. I called down to the front desk asking for at least one bed to be remade. Aside from the fact the man on the phone seemed very unbothered by my discovery, he sent someone up right away. A few minutes later a man shows up with just a top sheet. I asked where the rest of the bedding was and he pointed at the sheet and proceeded to replace just the top sheet. I asked him if he could please replace the fitted sheet, as that was what was dirty. He said "I don't know" and came back with pillow cases. I asked again if he could bring me a fitted sheet and said "I don't think so" finally I got him to agree to bring me another top sheet and just made the bed myself. The whole situation was bizarre and if it wasn't for the fact that it was after midnight and I was exhausted from traveling all day I would have left. The front desk staff was definitely helpful, they were pleasant upon check in and were appalled by my experience the night before.

I liked how easy it was to get to the hotel from the 401. Friendly staff, pool & hot tub were clean and room was clean & spacious. We had three people registered to sleep in the room - and yet only two towels provided, and no bedding for the pull out couch. After multiple calls, someone did finally drop off a blanket for our child.

There were frequently no employees at front desk. There was a dispenser for the shower soap but it was empty even after I asked that they refill it. But most irksome was that the closed captions did not work on the television. Can’t comment on overall cleanliness of facility because there was a kid’s hockey tournament during the stay. But the security guard was doing a great job of watching his phone in the elevator area. 🙄. I would not have considered this to be Hilton quality.

Clean, friendly staff, helpful! There was a group of hokey players team kids that were quite noisy in to the evening. Also this hotel doesn’t have air vents in the bathrooms that wasn’t pleasant. The hotel was clean!
