Mount Alverno Luxury Resorts

Staff was wonderful! Got snowed in due to the storm on Christmas Eve on the way to family and had to make a last minute reservation while driving. During the drive, the staff called to verify if we would like the kitchen to stay open for dinner. Had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner despite our original plans being cancelled due to weather. Hotel was beautifully decorated as well, felt very much in the Holiday season. Highly recommend!

Driving up to the place we were wondering where we were after seeing the dirt road and the long entrance in but as we drove further everything looked great. Now that I have seen the whole place, the dirt road and remote location is one of the great charms of the property. We were pleasantly surprised. The room had a couple of cleanliness mishaps but nothing major. The customer service was outstanding. Jacqueline in the restaurant was amazing and she had no issue with me re-arranging the tables so that we could eat and look at the beautiful serene view. The ladies at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. I would recommend this location and plan to visit again very soon. I felt like I was on vacation, but I was a few hours from home haha! We stayed overnight at Mount Alverno because we had a family event that was nearby.
