Priscilla at the front desk was amazing ! She welcomed us and made us feel like family . Always saying hello to my grandson David and chatting with him . Answering all of our questions and she is a very caring person . We will defend be back again!!!

cob webs /intake fans dirty/bed sheets stained/ no adjusting of bath water i burned myself/good place to rent rooms for construction workers for over night stays not for families ...i brought the concerens sunday to front desk and was said nothing can be done due to going through expedia.

Nice and new hotel, 9 minutes from the airport. Decent breakfast (my kids loved it; they had missed the bacon and hash browns during our European trip). The kids also enjoyed the pool and gym. We didn’t like that the sofa bed was not made, even though we had booked for the family; I also noticed that the filter in the room was filled with dust. It must have not been replaced in a good while. Otherwise, all fine.

Staff was friendly, easy to book. We were woken up at 7am on Sunday morning by kids screaming and running through the hallways. Breakfast was disappointing, plates were not clean. Drinks were not cold. Food was okay, not great.
