Great stay, staff was very friendly, clean, comfortable, pool was great for my kids, breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The room was not ideal for a family traveling with a toddler. The bathroom door was a sliding mirror that would allow you to either close the bathroom or the closet. It had no bottom track, allowing our little guy to lift the door from the bottom and had no lock, so there was no privacy to be had. Caulking was stained yellow and cracking in shower and could definitely use some TLC.Front lobby doors were locked by midnight and staff showed no haste to open them and didn't even acknowledge me when I thanked them for letting me in when returning to the hotel for the night. We never had our sheets changed during the week that we stayed, which was rather disappointing, and no vacuuming was done in our room. When housekeeping did enter they let our dogs loose in to the hallway by accident and had to come get us out of the pool to put them back in: this day they didn't do any cleaning in the room as they require pets to be crated to serve the room; though they only served the room once during the time that our dogs stayed at a family member's home 4/7 days.Keycards were deactivated frequently, so we tried downloading the app as it would allow a smart device to be used instead; however it kept saying "cannot find reservation" and prompted me to call for assistance; if reservation was made before the app was downloaded it will not allow you to use this feature; while on the phone they promised 500 points that weren't received after denying a time share commitment.

The bathroom sink leaks, no bathroom fan, the A/C didn’t work. Trying to sleep is a room that’s 26 degrees while unattended children run the hallways screaming at 12am not worth the extra cost to stay here.

This was a very family-friendly hotel. Very clean and accessible, with a great pool for our 6-year-old.

We arrived Sunday evening of the August long weekend and upon check in asked about the hours for services, particularly the swimming pool and the times for breakfast service. We knew we would be staying out late visiting friends from out of town so wanted to make sure we were there on time for breakfast the following morning. We were told by the lady at the front breakfast was 6 to 10am. We arrived at 9:15am Monday morning for breakfast and were surprised to find the area shut down and cleared out. There was dry cereal with no milk and some leftover bagels wrapped in plastic. Due to dietary restrictions I was sure to check the foods offered before we booked our $280 a night room. Unfortunately due to the misinformation of the Hampton Inn staff we ended up spending $100 elsewhere for breakfast as there was nothing left we could eat. I am extremely disappointed with Hampton. A 9am breakfast cutoff is not acceptable. Check out is at 11am. There was another family who were stuck in the same situation as we were and they were also not impressed. The staff said this happens “all the time”. I’ll never book here again. I do not feel we received the value for the considerable amount paid for a mediocre hotel for one Sunday night in Brockville.

Check in was quick. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was small but it was all we neeeded for a night stopover with the kids. Lots of parking. Hotel is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Included breakfast was great and lots of seating available.
