Quattro Hotel & Conference Centre, Ascend Hotel Collection

Heading home after a Fall visit with family and friends. This stay set me up to begin that return.

My family and I always love staying at this hotel. However, this stay they put us on the second floor and our window was facing a reception hall with a VERY Loud function of some sort going on until well after 1:30am. I don’t understand why they would put guests in these rooms knowing it’s going to be loud. I also don’t understand why they don’t turn on the fridge when you know you have guests checking in that afternoon. To drive 8.5 hours with a small cooler and these items need to be put in the fridge, it’s was quite irritating. Now, the room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. However, the amount of dust in that room was Completely UNACCEPTABLE, the dust was thick in this room and sticky spots on the floor. The restaurant was delicious as always and servers were great. The front desk workers were pleasant and helpful as always.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly. The hotel was super clean and our suite was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice hotel with large rooms ideal for families. Pool was a great size - wish there was a hot tub available. Pillows were very lumpy and need to be replaced

Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Room was smaller, a bit cramped. Extreme musty smell, covered up by air freshner. Carpet quite worn, probably contributed to the odor. Don't plan to sleep in.. can hear every door open and shut, kids talking

I didn’t like being in the second floor with no elevator. I had my three kids plus all their ski gear. Not easy

When I got to my room, there was a family next door and the kids were screaming about going to the pool and getting to stay up late. I called the front desk, and within 3 minutes, they hand-delivered keys for a different room for me. If that isn't exceptional service - I don't know what is. My new room was great, and I had a quiet and restful night.

This is my top choice for stays in Sault Ste Marie. The rooms are spacious, and I never feel like I am tripping over my family.

Love this hotel! Staff are always friendly and accomodating. Pool and sauna are excellent (saltwater). Rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast in AM is best continental breakfast ive had in any hotel! Bowling behind hotel was a hit with my kids, and in house pizza restaurant has best pizza and wings!!! Highly reccomend!!
