Housekeeping was not everyday to clean the room and make up bed specially for a family room which is bothering us as they did alternate day. Housekeeping should be upon request for every day and those option was not there. Also breakfast option is on average and not too much options.Staff and other services are excellent.

I enjoyed our stay very much so. The pool should have adult hours though.... the kids take over from open to close. Rooms are clean and fresh and the staff are amazing! Truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The pool and slide were a lot of fun, and the included breakfast was delicious - just both were incredibly crowded with young children!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature so the kids enjoyed it a lot. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was overrun by kids who were mostly unsupervised. Parents were too busy in the lobby with open alcohol until almost midnight, maybe longer. Had to complain because there was kids in the hallway next to our room with hockey sticks hitting a ball against the wall, one parent seen it and said "hallway hockey, awesome" I couldn't believe they would see that and not intervene considering it was after 10pm. Pool was crowded the entire time, we could not get close to it, it had to have been over the maximum capacity as it was. Front desk were not very empathetic to the complaint. They didn't tell the kids or parents to be mindful of other guests. I seen multiple service people just turn a blind eye to it. I had more reservations made which I cancelled because that was absolutely a waste of money for a stay that we couldn't enjoy and just basically had to stay in our room and try to sleep with all the chaos going on. Will not be back. Will not recommend. There has to be more in place when you accommodate these teams. I understand they are kids but we're paying for a stay and expect to make use of the amenities offered. Everyone else shouldn't have to suffer because hotel staff cant ensure safety standards aren't met.

Very nice quiet, kids loved the pool. Breakfast was lovely.

NOISE - there were kids playing hockey in the hallways on the 5th floor. We asked them twice to keep the noise down. We also made two calls to the front desk. Will not book again.

I had booked the hotel and told them myself and my husband were celebrating our birthdays. I asked for there to be wine glasses in our room, there wasn't no big deal. They did however place us on the same floor with multiple kids parties. It was a constant parade of kids running up and down the hall, banging on doors, yelling, slamming doors etc. We have 3 kids so I get the noise but the hotel could have clued in that we may not want to be on that floor. There were at least 4 families around us having parties and it didnt let up until well after 1am. That it, live learn, we won't be gping back there. I will say the front desk staff were AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful each one of them.

The hotel was clean with easy check in. It was a little loud from children running in the hallways but otherwise great stay.
