Came to Moncton for the Monster Truck show. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Avenir Centre, we could see the venue out our window. Room accommodated our family of 6, 2 Queen plus a double pullout couch. Nice pool and fitness room. Included breakfast was also very good.

Motel was nice and new. Once we were in our room late at night, ready to shower and head to bed, I realised that the facecloths and towels in the washroom were dirty. They were just folded up and put back away.
The area is great when attending a wilcats game. Just cross the street and your there. But once you get to your room and look out there's homeless people everywhere. Same thing when you drive off. They're everywhere. Lying on the sidewalk right across the street. We were planning on taking the kids for a walk to the market but I wouldn't recommend it. The Hotel needs to bring it up with the city.

The Hyatt Place, Moncton, is a very family-oriented and dog-friendly hotel, while also catering to honeymooners (like us) and the adult scene.
Extremely clean, with amazing staff who make you feel welcome at all times. Centrally located in downtown, across from the Avenir Centre, it's just a short drive to all of the tourist sites, including Magnetic Hill, Moncton Zoo, Magic Mountain SplashZone, as well as a longer drive to Hopewell Rocks.
There is also a quaint red brick road covering much of this downtown area, dotted with beautiful flower planters along each roadway. Truly a picturesque and lovely city to either bring the family and make a family vacation or celebrate a romantic getaway.
Almost forgot to mention the cuisine! For breakfast, there is a very generous free hot and cold buffet in the hotel every morning, which is a hit with kids too. For dinner, you have the option of every kind of delicious seafood imaginable (lobster, crab, scallops and shrimp) with very well-prepared steaks, chicken and sushi at the numerous restaurants lining the streets. You can order delivery from most of them right to the hotel.
Parking in the outdoor lot is $16 per day, a bit high, but not unreasonable for this area of the city.
Overall, it's a very safe city, and The Hyatt Place is perfectly situated to experience the very best of the Maritimes! Bienvenue!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and well worth the money spent. Was able to cast Netflix to the TV from my phone so the kids were happy. Towels were good quality. Bed was a little soft for our liking but pillows were nice. Free breakfast in the morning had lots of selection. We were very happy with our stay!
