Could not sleep as there where kids on our floor that where running through the hallways slamming doors and screaming.we couldnt even hear our tv. Had to call guest services twice before anything was done.I feal that they told us what we wanted to hear but I felt like they didnt take us serious. It was around 12pm when we made the call.When you pay for a room and feel like leaving and driving home is ridiculous..

We were sent to a room that was not cleaned yet! Went back to the desk and no one even apologized! With all of the required cleaning associated with Covid and my family was sent into an unclean room. It was absolutely disgusting!
