Liked the walkable location to the downtown area. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were super accommodating! Would have been nice if the pool and hot tub were open! I would definitely come back and would recommend to family members and friends.

Rooms were very clean and quiet, despite multiple events happening around the city. Friendly staff, sasy check in/out. I was there forbusiness, but would happily take my family with me next time.

Nice place to stay when attending an event at the Canada Life Centre. Friendly staff, clean, big room, nice breakfast. Staff were great and even put out hot water for tea or hot chocolate for when people game back from the hockey game. Dislike extra charge for kids over 11 as they are considered adults (usually over 17 or that’s how it is anywhere else we’ve travelled), the extra charge for parking and also when we got there found out pool and hot tub were out of service until further notice. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as that was a draw for the family to that hotel. No discount or anything for this.

Comfortable place to stay & the wife & I enjoy the location/ close by lots of great late nite restaurants & pubs. If it’s a family event with children I would a hotel where the hot tub & pool work & 8’months b4 this it still was not in working condition & still drained… so heads up!!! We all know how kids can be. The parking is good along w/ Security also keeping a watch so be at ease their.

Hotel was clean and organized well. Hot and cold water worked amazingly. Staff has Great customer service with smiles. Management/Owners need to open the pool. My kids were disappointed about the pool being closed. We also didn’t see anything on the site that specified the pool closure.

We got charged an extra $70 following our stay saying bedding had been taken from the room, this was not the case. When I told them this was not taken by our family, they were unwilling to reverse the extra charges. Also, the Pool area has been closed down for Covid and never reopened over a year following the restrictions being lifted.

I love this hotel, breakfast was great, a was quiet, but the water temperature was hot, so a was un safe for my kids, besides that it was a great still i enjoy it 👍😊 .

Stay was fantastic, easy check in, friendly staff, rooms were comfortable, clean & quiet. This was my second stay at Humphry Inn & Suites but the first for my 2 sons. They both said when they return to Winnipeg with their families that is where they would stay. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and many other places to see for future visits.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family.The room was good and comfortable, very poor breakfast service. Not many choices, only one toaster was in working condition although there was 2 other toasters were in place. So people had to line up to get the toast done. The juice dispenser was working perfectly on the first day. From day 2 the machine was out of order. No way to get some water for yourself. The TV in our room stopped working from the second day. The technician came and fixed it but lasted only half the day, Stopped working again. Overall I won’t recommend this hotel for anyone going with family. If you’re single and for one night it’s okay.
