Everything was pleasant enough. But room was very “tired”. Maybe because it was a family suite, did not see individual rooms. I was told the included breakfast was Continental so I was happy to see hot dishes potatoes and sausages and hard boiled eggs offered. The gentleman in the cafe was very hospitable.

Stayed with our 3 kids for 2 nights; we all loved the beautiful outdoor pool on the hot days! We had a suite which was very roomy. Would stay here again.

Firstly the pool is five stars! It has complete Mexico vibes, and my kids absolutely loved it! Definitely we will be back to hang out poolside more. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We had a poolside room and our kids absolutely loved it! The room itself is quite standard but has everything you need. The breakfast included was a basic hotel breakfast but definitely hit the spot. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful! We will happily return to this hotel and would recommend it for families!

Booked the junior suite, but Expedia overbooked the hotel. Room was downgraded but still paid the same price for the junior suite.

We had a wonderful time with both our stays. The beds were really comfy, the rooms clean, and really baby friendly. The staff were so nice and accommodating of our needs. The continental breakfast was great bonus and worth it. We will definitely be back when pool and hot tub season are open. We recommend if your ever travelling to or through Salmon Arm.

Tesla owners look no further! Even though Super charging was close by but nothing beats Tesla Level 2 Charger like home available with no cost added while staying here! Facilities and hotel is good for families too!
