Beautiful hotel in Vernon and a perfect spot for my Albertan family to meet. The waterslide was a key ingredient for the kids and a fabulous Free breakfast area.

We had a delightful time. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My son, who usually LOVES elevators didn’t like the one that made a loud grinding noise when you got the main floor. But that’s just my 4yr olds preference (and his anxious mother) 😂

There was broken glass from my railing on the back restaurant deck, and took two days to be cleaned up. Not safe with families with young children around, those types of things should be cleaned up immediately.

Nice hotel situated close to Superstore if you need to pick up some groceries or a few things for your stay. There are number of restaurants convieniently nearby. The parking lot was pretty large, a lot of spaces to accomodate those with a bike rack. The hotel itself is clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice, the kids loved the slide. There is also a working hot tub in the hotel to relax in after a day of biking/hiking. Breakfast was included and was pretty typical of what you see from the other major hotel chains. All in all a great stay.

The location was central and the common areas are neat! The water slide was fun, especially for the kids, but for some reason, one of the female staff was not personable and her responses were short (she could have been tired or near the end of her shift - but her attitude could have been better).

The kids had an absolute blast with the pool and water slide, its location is perfect with the super store across the street and many many restaurants with in walking distance. The only down side is, the cleanliness, it is clean but there was hair in the sink and gum pressed under the nightstand table. Also the housekeeper came in our room early morning then apologized for coming in the wrong room. Other than those 2 issues, they stay was great, and what you would expect from a Canadian hotel.
