Our room was not very clean with garbage under the couch and dirty bed sheets for the pull out bed , when requested new sheets they gave us sheets that were to large , it Was not quiet at 5 am kids were running up And down the hallway yelling .

The property was great. It was downtown which had transients everywhere. Made my kids feel uncomfortable but they left us alone.

Nice hotel. Not great location. The rooms are very spacious and I love that they all have the sofa bed in them. Great when travelling with your family.

Really enjoyable stay. Rooms a bit small for a family of 4 but clean and gym was actually surprisingly good quality. Breakfast was ok, but given it was free I won’t complain. Relatively central with a few good food choices nearby.

Loved the breakfast buffet. Plenty of options, boiled eggs, omelets, sausage,waffle, french toast, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt etc. Also like that the new leisure pool is right next door, great place to go with kids

Stay was good. Breakfast every morning. It’s always pork sausages though need to switch it up for some bacon! Wish the rooms had brooms and dustpans especially travelling with kids. 😅

The room sizes are micro sized, pull out couch barely fits ones kid. We stayed for 4 nights and not once did they clean the room, much less change the towels, empty our garbage or give us toilet paper (only one full roll when we C/I). They happy to give us toilet paper when we called. The surrounding area is full of homeless people and very sketchy at night. The hotel pool is also micro sized, thankfully right beside the Canfor pool.
