The property is very well taken care of, enjoyed staying in a very nice comfortable hotel. Highly recommend any of my friends & family to stay here as well

Key cards didn’t ever work so had to get them rekeyed every time we left the room. No pool or hot tub so not the best with kids..Nice staff and rooms were clean, but need to change towels when there with kids and a hockey tournament, at least every two days like most other hotels.

My family of five was evacuated due to the Kelowna fires and hoped to book a second night but found the front desk staff unwelcoming. They simply said someone else was coming into our room the second night and made no effort to swap us to another room or help in any way.

Besides giving me a room that was all ready taken and a few spiders it was a very nice place to stay. I think my kids were the loudest guest there for a long weekend.
