I usually stay here for the pool. Booked the room weeks in advance only to find out upon check in that the pool was closed indefinitely. The room was subpar in the cleanliness section and I say this based on the stains dripping down the TV and on the stand itself not to mention the stains on the frilly bed/box spring cover. The fire alarm went off from 1:15 to 2:30, which is unforeseeable, however as a dad with two young kids it was quite the inconvenience. Never got an apology, or a sorry for the inconvenience or bother. The only saving grace from me not giving this place a one star was the complimentary breakfast.

The pool is such a win for families to keep the kids busy. The hotel was very clean and staff was very professional & kind.

The stay so far is excellent. My family will be returning back to Edmonton for a family holiday in spring or summer. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and lots of room.
