From checkin to great service. The breakfast is outstanding. Room was clean and suited our family of 4 perfectly. Kids loved the pool. I found the pool a little colder than I would have liked but overall everything was great. Also all rooms are pet friendly. They had lots of space for pets to do their business. Just wished people would pick up after their pets.

Beds were horrible. Springs in your back. Pull out couch full of stains. Pool deck was disgusting, hair build up. And then witnessed a mom with her daughter pee in the pool and then on the pool deck. Staff at the front desk “away at the moment “ sign always up so didn’t even get to report it. Breakfast had no selection of cereal for kids. Literally 2 selections both with raisins. Disgusting and dissapointing stay

Really enjoyed our stay & would absolutely be back. You will hear some highway noise, loud vehicles and construction right away at 8:01 am. We felt really welcome & at home as a family of four. And honestly - stay for the breakfast. It's amazing and the value offering it for guests is incredible.

I brought my daughter here for an overnight mom/daughter trip. I was under the assumption that the Pomeroy was one of the nicer hotels in FSJ. The service upon check in was fine. The room was mostly clean, but there was hair in the jet tub in our room and there was dirt on the bottom of the pool. The pool is FREEZING, like unbearably cold. The hot tub isn’t working, it is just taped off and has about a foot of water in it. One of the biggest factors in choosing a hotel is the pool and hot tub as my kids love to swim and I get to enjoy the hot tub while they do so. I was disappointed in the pool and hot tub situation. The breakfast was sub par. I will likely not stay here again.

I had a family emergency come up and had to check out a day early but much later than checkout time and the manager made everything all good so thank you for helping during emotional time.

We did unfortunately found hair in our face towals when we arrived (it was not ours). We saw on the bookimg that the wirl pool was out for maintenance but kids could not swim as the other pools water was ice cold and water slide also did not work. It was the main reason we booked there was because of the slide and pool which in the end was unuseable.

We loved the pool and the hours it was open. Very kid friendly pool. The property and rooms are very dated, however it is clean. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good, hotel staff very accommodating.
