This is my third visit to this lovel hotel. I was on a 'staycation' and it fit all my needs. A lot for everyone here: sunbathing, beautiful indoor and out door pools, activities for the kids including a cooking class, bike rentals and so much more. Welcoming and obldging staff . @ restaurants onsite and 2 on the water steps away with gorgeous views.

This resort is perfectly placed. Very walkable to anywhere you want to go, or a quick Uber. Very nice staff, and attentive. H tasting lounge has great food and drinks, The free freezes and icecream sandwiches for the kids that come around in a bike icecream cart was a atep above. Also the kids cooking class was great. Indoor and outdoor pools. I will definitly be going back.

We spent 4 nights on this hotel on our trip around BC. We arrived from an apartment and at first glance the room seemed small and not very welcoming. However, the service, the kind and welcoming attitude with the staff more than outweighed this and we ended up having one of the most memorable stays at a hotel. It's needless to say that traveling as a family can be strenuous, but the smiles and hospitality we met was just extraordinary and made us feel comfortable and relaxed through our entire stay. Moreoverm the hotel has many small but very significant kids features which makes it unique for families. Also, the location is perfect for both walking around the city and easy access to the water front and Stanley Park. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful property and location. What stood out most to me was how incredibly friendly the staff were. Everyone said hello as you passed by and several helped guide me when looking for places to be during our conference held there. Amazing people at this Westin. I'll be back with family next.

I would highly recommend a stay here and i will be returning in the summer with my kids this hotel has everything! Bikes, pools, sauna, hot tub and so much more!

Location! it's walking distance to Canada place and close to Stanley Park. it's within 10 min walk to a lot of restaurants nearby. We are in Lanai suite and the view is superb. Service is good too. When we arrived it's a few minutes to 4pm and our room was not ready, the reception guy apologized multiple times and gave us a $50 allowance although we didn't complain. The room was ready 20 min later after a nice short walk around the hotel building next to the bay. Later at night we asked for an additional comforter, and it's sent to our room quickly. This was a short family trip we only stayed one night. but next time we go to Vancouver we'll stay there again.

The staff were very kind and helpful, even in the restaurant. They all went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The lobby had a strong perfume smell that myself and my children were sensitive to. I also accidentally booked two rooms, and was unable to cancel one of them. It is in progress and hopefully I’ll get a refund for that error. It seems hopeful.
