We had our key card for our hotel room 426 demagnetize several times - so we could not enter our room - even when arriving from the airport very late at night on the second night of our stay. The towels were not replaced. The bathroom paper was not replaced. My kids complained about the freezing hotel pool. I felt like I had to call the front desk several times. It was not a friendly place to stay.

Great staff, they were convenient allowed us to check in early with little kids. Recommend this hotel for a stay definitely will be revisiting anytime we’re in the area!

We booked this particular hotel so the kids could enjoy the pool, but there were swimming lessons being taught there which segregated the kids to a small area of the pool. And my youngest couldn’t go in the pool at all while these lessons took place because they took up the shallow end of the pool where the stairs were. Wish we would have been warned about the swimming lessons so we could have chosen different times to come. But they were held at the optimum time for our kids to go to the pool. Other then that it was good. Pool was a little dirty.

The only complaint I had was the pool had swimming lessons running all day Friday and Saturday the days we stayed which made things hard to enjoy for the kids as they couldn’t utilize the whole area and were always being told to stay away.

I loved the free breakfast it was hot and very delicious. I loved my room it was quiet and clean and faced the back parking lot which gave me alot of privacy. It was fairly quiet except the dance festival that was going on so had a lot of kids around which is fine- parking could be better since there is events happening around there I couldn’t find decent parking sometimes. Otherwise amazing! Staff were friendly and informative.

This was very convenient for us as it was close to the hospital where we had a family member. Free breakfast always a bonus. Lots of options. Everything we needed. Would recommend.

-Rooms were good -Queen bed is a twin bed at best -Noisy club or something beside rooms on ground floor. Woke us up multiple times. Parking was hit or miss - for some reason BC hotel charge extra for half of your family. Stupid. - easy to get to and has grocery store and coffee clie by

Like this hotel, breakfast is nice, but pool area had kids in the area during adult only time and was also closed in the morning- would be better to do maintenance when it doesn’t interfere with open pool hours

This hotel has been upgraded since we visited last year. The rooms are beautiful; great pool for families and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in years. Highly recommend!
